戦禍を逃れて杉並区内に避難してきた（避難してくる）ウクライナの方々が安心して生活できるよう、本人やご家族、支援者等を対象とした相談窓口です。
Suginami Ward in Tokyo has set up a one-stop consultation service for Ukrainian refugees in cooperation with Suginami Association for Cultural Exchange.
This service is for Ukrainians, their families, supporters, so that those who have escaped from the war and evacuated to Suginami Ward can live with peace of mind.
